open RunBox and Type “cmd”
and
copy and paste the individual lines

“cd/
netsh int tcp show global
netsh int tcp set global chimney=enabled
netsh int tcp set blobal autotuninglevel=normal
netsh int set global congestionprovider=ctcp
netsh int tcp show global”

In fourth line ==> netsh int tcp set global ……
in fifth line ==> netsh int tcp set global…..
