My Favourite Linux Command Tips..:D

If a command has been aliased and one might want to run the un-aliased version, you must put a back-slash before the command:
e.g call Terminal and type: ” alias hello=’hello guys’  “

Here is a little cute fish in all linux distros. If you press Alt+F2(unity),click ‘super’ in gnome and type ‘free the fish’  …You will meet a fish swimming around the screen…However, you can stop his swimming unless you restart the distro.

To reverse search your shell history press Clt+f2 (That’s better than ‘history’ command in shell)
That save us a lot of time.

The Best Terminal thing ever:Tab Completion

‘gksudo’ means that you open a software with gui in the superuser mode.
